TERMS AND CONDITIONS Long stay rates (weekly, monthly and yearly) are available upon request. All prices are subject of 10% service charge and 5% government tax. A 4.5% ecommerce charged will imposed for payment made thru Visa/Master card. The above rates NOT INCLUSIVE of Meal, Housekeeping, water & electricity bill. Extra Bed - RM 55 nett per unit per night stay. The official check in time is after 2.00pm and check out time before 12.00 Noon. Your reservation will be held until 4pm on arrival day after which, your room will be released without prior notice. For late check-out before 6pm, a half day rate will be imposed. After 6pm, a full day rate will be imposed. Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions with regards to the above room rates without prior notice.
