This resort consists of 4 blocks 8 and 9
storey totaling 322 units of service suites all
with lake frontage built around a central freeform
three and half acre crystal blue clear water
artificial lake.

located in the lower deck of a 10 storey high

Accommodation
The four
apartment blocks face four separate water fountains in
the lake whilst all rooms overlook the spectacular view
of the lake and its surroundings. There are 322 units of
3-bedroom and 2-bedroom fully furnished service suites
equivalent to 922 rooms in the four blocks.
Malaka Watercity
Resort offers 322 luxuriously appointed 1-bedroom
studio, fully-furnished 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom
apartments and suites with separate dining and living
areas. All accommodations are lake-facing and built
surrounded by a 3 and half acre clear-water artificial
lake which, itself a 140,000 sq. ft. swimming pool.
