Booking Terms & Conditions

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit, subject of 10% service charge and 4.5% credit card e-commerce charge.
Packages are subject to room availability.
Not applicable for group bookings.
Payment made are non-refundable in part or in full.
Packages applicable to Malaysians, Permanent Residents in Malaysia and ASEAN Nationals only.
The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
Package are valid from 01 Nov 2008 until 29 Feb 2009.
Maximum occupants per room : ' 3 adults ' or ' 2 adults + 2 children ' with maximum 1 extra bed.

CHILD POLICY

Maximum 2 children (age 2 - 12 years old ) sharing room with parents, with existing bedding.
Normal rates apply for recreation activities.

CANCELLATION FEE / REFUND

Full / partial payment made is non-refundable.

No-Show/Early Check-Out

"No Show"	Refers to non arrival of guests after the stated check in time at 6.00 pm or otherwise advise to resort on late arrival.
"Early Check-Out"	Refers to guest departure earlier than the intended stay/check-out date.

No refund in full or in part will be made for unutilized services included in the package for no-show or early check-out.
