No-Show/Early Check-Out
"No Show"
Refers to non arrival of guests after
the stated check in time at 6.00 pm or
otherwise advise to resort on late
arrival.
"Early Check-Out"
Refers to guest departure earlier than
the intended stay/check-out date.
No refund in full or in part will be made
for unutilized services included in the
package for no-show or early check-out.
POSTPONEMENT OF INTENDED STAY
Postponement of intended stay is also
considered as cancellation.
The company shall not be responsible for
any delay in checking-in at the Hotel or
cancellation of reservation caused by the
rescheduling or cancellation of any form
of transportation to the Hotel.
If the cancellation is made less than 3
days prior to the date of intended stay, a
cancellation fee of one room night will
nevertheless be imposed for any
cancellation of reservation resulting from
such rescheduling or cancellation of
transportation.
