Terms & Conditions
- Rates are
quoted in Malaysian Ringgit, subject of 10%
service charge and 5% government tax, where
applicable.
- Packages are
subject to room availability.
- Not
applicable for group bookings.
- Packages are
valid from 01 March 2003 to 31st October
2003.
- Payment made
are non-refundable in part or in full.
- Extra bed at
RM 50.00 nett per rollaway per night.
- Surcharge of
RM 40.00 nett per room per night is
applicable on Eve and Public Holidays only.
- Packages
applicable to Malaysians, Permanent Resident
in Malaysia and Asean Nationals only
- The
Management reserves the right to alter,
amend, delete or add to these conditions or
withdraw the package at any time without
prior notice.
- Maximum
occupants per room : 3 adults or 2 adults +
2 children.
CHILD POLICY
- Maximum 2
children (2-12 years old) sharing room with
parents, with existing bedding.
- Child meal
rates available upon request.

Peak Season |
A non-refundable deposit of RM 100.00
per person or per room, where
applicable, is payable 3 days from date
of making reservations.
Full payment must be made one month
before date of check-in.

A non-refundable deposit of RM 100.00

applicable, is payable 7 days from date
of making reservations
Full payment must be made two weeks
before date of check-in.

Booking within 1 month |
For booking make less than 1 month, full
payment must be made upon confirmation
of reservations. |
CANCELLATION FEE / REFUND
Peak Season - No partial or full
refunds will be made for cancellation.
Non-Peak Season - A cancellation fee of
RM 200.00 will be imposed for any cancellation
of reservation.
No-Show/Early Check-Out

"No Show" |
Refers to non arrival of guests after the
stated check in time at 6.00 pm or
otherwise advise to resort on late
arrival.

"Early Check-Out" |
Refers to guest departure earlier than the
intended stay/check-out date. |
No refund in full or in part will be made for
unutilized services included in the package
for no-show or early check-out.
POSTPONEMENT OF INTENDED STAY
Postponement of
intended stay is also considered as
cancellation.
The company
shall not be responsible for any delay in
checking-in at the Hotel or cancellation of
reservation caused by the rescheduling or
cancellation of any form of transportation to
the Hotel.
If the
cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to
the date of intended stay, a cancellation fee
of one room night will nevertheless be imposed
for any cancellation of reservation resulting
from such rescheduling or cancellation of
transportation.
AIRPORT TAXES AND INSURANCE SURCHARGE (ON
BERJAYA-AIR ONLY)
- Airport tax
and insurance surcharge is at RM12.00
one-way / RM22.00 return way (adult/child)
/ RM10.00 return way (infant)
TRANSPORTATION (BERJAYA REDANG BEACH RESORT
ONLY)
- Return
airport transfer (Kuala Terengganu Airport -
Shahbandar Jetty - Kuala Terengganu Airport)
at RM30 nett per adult and RM15 nett per
child.
- Return boat
transfers (Shahbander Jetty - Redang Jetty -
Shahbandar Jetty) at RM80 nett per adult and
RM50 nett per child. Boat transfers are
subject to weather and sea conditions.
MARINE PARK CONSERVATION CHARGES
- RM 5.00 nett
per adult and RM 2.50 nett per child is
applicable upon visiting the Marine Park at
Pulau Tioman
- Cash payment
to be made directly to the Tioman
Airport/Jetty.
HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- The check-in
time is after 1400 hours.
- The
check-out time is before 1200 hours.
