Terms & Conditions

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit, subject of 10% service charge and 4.5% credit card e-commerce charges.
Promotion offered to Limited rooms & subject to availability upon booking submission.
Not applicable for Group bookings.
Payment made are non-refundable in part or in full.
Packages applicable to Malaysians, Permanent Resident in Malaysia and Asean Nationals only
The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
Maximum occupants per room : 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (with max. 1 extra bed)
EXTRA BED - Day bed is at RM 50.00 nett per bed per day.
CONSERVATION CHARGES - RM 5.00 nett per adult and RM 2.00 nett per child are applicable upon arrival at Tioman Airport/Jety.

Extra Bed

RM 50.00 nett per bed per night applies.

Maximum 3 adults per room OR 2 adults + 2 children (maximum 1 extra bed per room).

BERJAYA AIR

Return air fare for infants under the age of 2 yrs are priced at RM 70 nett, inclusive of Insurance surcharge (Subang/Tioman/Subang). Tickets issued are non-refundable.

Surcharge of RM 60.00 nett per room per night applies during school holidays and weekends (Fridays & Saturdays only)

Surcharge of RM 120.00 nett per room per night applies during eve of & public holidays and from 23 Jan until 2 Feb 2009 (including both dates)

Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner at additional RM 75 nett per person and RM 138 nett per person for walk-in.

Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at additional RM 145 nett per person and RM 210 nett per person for walk-in.

CHILD POLICY

Maximum 2 children (2-12 years old) sharing room with parents, with existing bedding.
Child meal rates available upon request.

HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

The check-in time is after 1400 hours.
The check-out time is before 1200 hours.
