POSTPONEMENT
OF INTENDED STAY
Postponement of intended stay
is also considered as
cancellation.
The company shall not be
responsible for any delay in
checking-in at the Hotel or
cancellation of reservation
caused by the rescheduling or
cancellation of any form of
transportation to the Hotel.
If the cancellation is made
less than 3 days prior to the
date of intended stay, a
cancellation fee of one room
night will nevertheless be
imposed for any cancellation
of reservation resulting from
such rescheduling or
cancellation of
transportation.
MARINE
PARK CONSERVATION CHARGES
- RM 5.00 nett per adult
and RM 2.50 nett per child
is applicable upon
visiting the Marine Park
at Pulau Tioman
- Cash payment to be made
directly to the Tioman
Airport/Jetty.
HOTEL
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- The check-in time is
after 1400 hours.
- The check-out time is
before 1200 hours.
