& Conditions
- Rates are quoted in
Malaysian Ringgit, subject of 10% service charge and
4.5% e-commerce charge for payment by credit card.
- Packages are subject to
room availability.
- Not applicable for group
bookings.
- Payment made are
non-refundable in part or in full.
- Extra bed at RM 50.00
nett per rollaway per night.
- Surcharge of RM 40.00
nett per room per night is applicable on Eve and
Public Holidays only.
- Packages applicable to
Malaysians, Permanent Resident in Malaysia and Asean
Nationals only
- The Management reserves
the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these
conditions or withdraw the package at any time without
prior notice.
- Maximum occupants per
room : 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.(with max. 1
extra bed)
CHILD
POLICY
- Maximum 2 children (2-12
years old) sharing room with parents, with existing
bedding.
- Child meal rates
available upon request.

CANCELLATION
FEE / REFUND
Peak Season - No partial or full refunds will be
made for cancellation.
Non-Peak Season - A cancellation fee of RM 200.00
will be imposed for any cancellation of reservation.
No-Show/Early
Check-Out

Show" |
Refers
to non arrival of guests after the stated check in
time at 6.00 pm or otherwise advise to resort on
late arrival.

Refers
to guest departure earlier than the intended
stay/check-out date. |
No
refund in full or in part will be made for unutilized
services included in the package for no-show or early
check-out.
POSTPONEMENT
OF INTENDED STAY
Postponement of intended
stay is also considered as cancellation.
The company shall not be
responsible for any delay in checking-in at the Hotel or
cancellation of reservation caused by the rescheduling or
cancellation of any form of transportation to the Hotel.
If the cancellation is made
less than 3 days prior to the date of intended stay, a
cancellation fee of one room night will nevertheless be
imposed for any cancellation of reservation resulting from
such rescheduling or cancellation of transportation.
HOTEL
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- The check-in time is
after 1400 hours.
- The check-out time is
before 1200 hours.
