• Maximum occupants per room : ' 3 adults ' or ' 2 adults + 2 children ' with maximum 1 extra bed.

• Maximum 2 children ( 2 - 12 years old ) sharing room with parents, with existing bedding.

• Child meal rates available upon request.

Definition of Peak Season and Non-Peak Season:

No refund in full or in part will be made for unutilized services included in the package for no-show or early check-out.

POSTPONEMENT OF INTENDED STAY

Postponement of intended stay is also considered as cancellation.

The company shall not be responsible for any delay in checking-in at the Hotel or cancellation of reservation caused by the rescheduling or cancellation of any form of transportation to the Hotel.

If the cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the date of intended stay, a cancellation fee of one room night will nevertheless be imposed for any cancellation of reservation resulting from such rescheduling or cancellation of transportation.
