A fifty minutes flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bahru, followed by another hour journey by road to Kuala Besut jetty. From there, it is just thirty minutes boat ride to our island. For those wishing to experience the ways of the seafaring fisherman, we have at your disposal a traditional fishing boat to take you across at a more leisurely pace of approximately one and half hours. |

NOTE :
As required by Marine Park Department Of Malaysia, it is now a requirement that all visitors to Perhentian Island are required to pay a Conservation Levy of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child per entrance, which is valid for 3 days. If you are staying for more than 3 days please inform the Marine Department Officer to obtain the appropriate number of passes. The Levy shall be collected by the Marine Department Officer at the Tourist Terminal Jetty at Kuala Besut prior to boarding the boat to Perhentian Island. |
