1. Equipment rental out per day is from 0800hrs-1800hrs. Returned after 1800hrs shall be charged an additional half day rate

2. Scuba diving equipment only rented to qualified divers after showing proof of training. Each qualified diver is entitled to rent one set of equipmeny only.

3. Resort reserves the rights to cancel rental and withdraw equipment if untrained divers are found to use the equipment.

4. All divers are required to sign a liability release and express assumptionof risk form.

All rates are in Malaysian Ringgit, subject to 10% service charge and 4.5% e-commerce charge for credit card payments

Resort reserves the rights to alter the itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseeable operating conditions.
Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management, and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities beyond resort's control.
