GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL PACKAGES
 

• Unlike elsewhere, no surcharge is applicable for weekends. However, a surcharge of RM80 Nett per person will be levied onto the published room rates during festive seasons (eve of public holidays & public holidays) as follows:
  * Hari Raya Haji
  * Christmas Day
  * New Year Day
  * Chinese New Year
• Single supplement of RM200 nett for single room occupancy (Applicable for corporate teambuilding packages only)
• Room accommodation is strictly applicable to superior / deluxe room categories only. Run on house basis
• All participants must complete the indemnity form when participating in any of the activities that indemnity is required
• Sunshine policy non applicable for group bookings
• Choice of indoor activities in replacement of outdoor activities which cannot be held due to inclement weather conditions will not be subjected to refund
• All guests’ outstanding incidentals must be fully settled upon departure by available mode of payments
• Confirmation and pre- payment of 100% of total booking package price 3 weeks prior to group arrival
• Package Rates are subjected to change without prior notice
• Rates are strictly non-discountable irrespective of booking sources, volume and other value related discounts
• A child between ages 3 to 12 years old can share the room with parents at MYR 130 (2 Days, 1 Night package).  The rate is based on a per child per day basis.  Additional night rate (room only) is at MYR 95.  Payment for this arrangement should be done direct with the hotel.  Please indicate on the special request section when you reserve the rooms
• There is no extra bed available in the resort, strictly no triple sharing in rooms. However, inter-connecting chalets are available
• Check- in time at 3.00pm and check- out time at 12.00 noon. The resort will try to accommodate all timing requests but cannot guarantee accommodations to be made available before 3 pm on day of arrival
• Cancellation Policy (Less than 14 Days = 50%, Less Than 7 Days = 75%, No show Charges = 100% of the pre-payment)
• Exotic Fruits like Durian and Mangosteen fruits are not allowed to be brought onto the island
• No pets are allowed onto the island
• Redemption of the complimentary night is strictly applicable on weekdays (Mon to Fri), excluding  Weekends, Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays & any close out peak seasons dates
• Weekend redemption is applicable for extension of stay only based on actual check-in dates
